Based on content described above, what theories (rules, laws, principles, or patterns) are you able to identify? From the training I received the patterns that I was able to identify were starting with the upcoming lesson for the week was announced on Sunday after every class reviewed what they have learned from the week’s Sunday school lesson. Then I would write in my notes what scriptures the lesson will be coming from and also the pastor gives a little overview of the lesson so I utilize this time to jot down the key points to use as a reference for later on. My pattern for studying is Monday- Thursday two hours each day for a total of eight hours and then on Friday would attend the training session so that every aspect of what I am doing will be on track for Sunday. This is the pattern that has worked well for me. I have tried different methods like cramming a day before our training day on Friday completely embarrassed myself and did not give the children my full effort into teaching them that they deserved I felt like had let them down. For example, when I first considered teaching the children I was nervous to stand in front of the church and be sworn in because I was supposed to encourage parents to get more involved in Sunday school and also bring their children that I may teach them. When the time arrived I was so nervous that I stumbled over my words, my voice cracked, almost had a panic attack. Even though they clapped and commended me for taking on that role I felt so embarrassed that I did not want to even teach.
