But the one that stands out in my mind the most occurred this past summer while I was working as trainer of Microsoft Windows 2003. It was really a different and a new situation for me as this was the first time I was involved in training like this. I started with the Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2003. During the days before school has started, the first thing to attend to is the classroom setup, this is important because the arrangement of the room will, affect how the day will proceed and support your teaching. Along with an effective class arrangement a behavior management model should be implemented. Behavior in my classroom will be tracked using the app Class Dojo. This application can be downloaded by teachers, students, and parents allowing behavior to be tracked along with multiple other things such as attendance and the ability to chat with parents. This app allows for positive feedback along with negative feedback and the good part about it is that parents can download the app and see how his or her child is doing.
Moving ahead to the middle of this course has me feeling confident in my ability to define computer terms in various business situations. In addition to this, the INFT124 class also helps me remember the names of basic computer parts and it also helps me competently explain how computers function. These activities also help me advance my computer knowledge, experience and competencies so I know how to complete challenging academic tasks.

This was by far the most challenging course that I have encountered while obtaining my Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from UCMO. That is not a negative comment as this course has actually impacted me professionally more than any other course I’ve taken to date. This course has taken more time to complete the assignments, more of my attention to detail, and more of my creativity. The last point was the best part about this course. I consider myself to be fairly creative and this course definitely allowed me to do that while bringing my somewhat odd personality to a professional forum. For this I am grateful. Developing the second project helped me feel more confident about using Articulate e-learning authoring software. Using Storyline 2 certainly represented a bigger learning curve than the one gained through Articulate Presenter. I was able to create interactive e-learning, conditional interactivity, and software simulations. Additionally, I had the opportunity to apply instructional design steps, concepts, and principles learned throughout the program. I personally believe that I did a good job at establishing performance based objectives and aligning assessment activities that measured the stated training objectives. Implementing this project was an interesting experience in terms of comparing the guidelines that are appropriate for inform programs and perform programs.
