Working in the mental health field has exposed me to different clients with psychosocial behaviors, and I have viewed how individuals are often impacted in our cultural, societal and environmental system. I have also observed the impact it has in clients when there are policy changes in an agency. The focus of this analysis is to further provide an examination of agency policies, operations conflict, steps that can be taken in administrative level and steps in the micro level to resolve conflicts that may arise. A national/local issue I am passionate about is how many churches have to turn people away from celebrate recovery groups or their offices. Not at a fault of their own, but because they are not equipped to deal with mental illness cases.The people in question who go to these groups seeking help are often turned down or asked to leave and that breaks my heart. I want to help these people who need more help than just a talk group. Pastors do not necessarily need training in professional counseling, but all pastors should have access to a professional counselor. You cannot say you seek to help the least, last, and the lost if there are people having to leave your help groups without guidance.

When I have sat in the doctors, when I have sat with a psychiatrist, when I have sat with a therapist, I seem sufficiently able to address the issues that I am there for. The student is now able to treat and prevent people with mental disorders. All of those years of hard work have finally paid off.
