The last bell rang signaling that the day was over. I walked over to my locker and grabbed the things I needed for doing homework. I closed my locker and walked down the hall and saw Henry and his gang Bullying the losers club. I walked over and asked "Henry do I need to knock you on your ass? Again?" Soon as the question left my lips his face turned red. Then I asked "Do you guys really have nothing to do with your lives other than to bully the same four boys everyday?" The three boys stood there staring at me not knowing what to do or even say. I looked over to Patrick and saw that he was glaring at Richie. I shrugged and turned to the four boys behind me and asked "Do you guys want to come hang out with me at my house?" They nodded grabbed their bikes and walked over to me. I looked over to Henry and the other three and gave them sarcastic bitchy smile and walked with the guys until we were out of Bowers sight and I said "See you guys later." They waved knowing that I asked them if they wanted to come over just to get Henry to leave them alone. When I made it home I crashed I threw my bag on the floor and laid on the couch and fell asleep. ****************************************Dream****************************************************** It was a warm summer night Patrick and I were standing on a cliff that looked over Derry. We were watching the stars it was the the prettiest thing that i've seen in a long time. I looked over to Patrick and He turned, smiled and said “Kassidy you know that I love you. Right?.” I smiled and said “Yeah I know. I love you too.” Then he walked over and grabbed my hand and looked me in the eyes and then the smile on his face turned into a frown I looked at him with a confused and asked “What is it?” He sighed and said “I’m leaving Derry and I’m not coming back. I can't stay in this town and I wanted to see you one last time before I left. I know you’re going to try and talk me out of it but before you try I thought I should tell you I’ve already made up my mind and it’s not going to change.” I stood there shocked. My heart dropped into my stomach and my thoughts were scrambled. All I could mutter out was “Y-you’re W-what?” He chuckled “You’re starting to sound like Bill.” I
Bullying has been engrained in American society since the country’s founding. Bred from a capitalistic economy and competitive social hierarchy, bullying has remained a relevant issue through the years. A thorough analysis of various case studies, statistical research, law cases, and news articles was conducted to understand the issue of bullying and to find preventative measures that should be taken. Standing up to a bully was super nerve racking. I was super scared and nervous. I had to make the decision whether to keep getting bullied or standing up to the bully. My choice was to stand up to him. He would always make me feel embarrassed and as if I were an alien because he would always pick on me. He would call me names in school where his only audience was.
Sometimes flowers burst out from cracks in the concrete in a desperate search for sunlight. In many aspects, humans operate the same throughout life. Concrete holds us down until we mature enough to bloom and bust through the barrier in order to sense the sweet feeling of life again. This remains one way we break away from the challenges we face in life. I know all too well how to grow from a crack in the concrete.

Bullying is a subject I totally take personally. There have been many occasions in which I found myself a victim of this epidemic, because that’s exactly what it is, an epidemic, a silent war, that no one seems to understand or even want to face alone, this issue that have swept under the rug all across this nation for a very long time, for far too long. The buck stops here! While reading through my Sunday morning paper over breakfast, I happened to run across a story that really tugged at my heart strings, and this is not the first story like this I’ve read. A young woman in high school here in my town kills herself because of continual bullying initiated by someone else at school. The question that runs through my mind is, why? There are
I have just reached my one millionth hit on my YouTube video! I created this video to share the depths of bullying and abuse to those worldwide. I am extraordinarily passionate about anti-bullying, and I hope to share my ideas with numerous people. Abuse is happening worldwide, and it is an action that might not ever be resolved. I wanted to construct this video because there is an abundance of harassment happening in my own town. People are getting bullied at school due to their style or certain interests they posses. Although bullying takes place everywhere, I wanted to focus my video on one specific event. This event took place in Chicago.
In the past year and a half, I have overcome a lot. I went from dealing with bullying, panic attacks, slipping grades, and a 1.8 GPA because of public school. To now where I am happier, less anxious, passing with mostly A’s and a 3.5 GPA because of online school. With the help of therapy and my parents I can work on overcoming what I went through in public high school and focus more on my education.
Specific Purpose: To persuade people to stop the bullying and help the people that are dealing with it.
Everybody has their ups and down, I have had many but the most important one was in 4th grade. I didn't want any of it to happen. What you may ask. Little did I know that, Middle School would be the place where the worst years of my life
Sitting alone in a dark room with nothing but silence. Time seems to have come to a halt and yet my thoughts are still racing. Why you might ask? Honestly I couldn’t tell you why my minds racing. Maybe its because I was bullied since I was 6 years old, or maybe because I watched my family get ripped apart my something very silly and easily fixable. The Doctors told my I had a mental health issues called depression and anxiety. They said I would suffer from the mental issues the rest of my life. They said there wasn’t a cure for it but they could give me medicine to help me feel numb so this issue didn’t bother me as much, but I believe that in your mind there is a war. A war with two sides fighting back and forth to win, but YOU are the winner if you never give up.
Many other kids join hands to join the boy and fight bullying with him in many different productive ways.
