of the hoof to the ankle. With the measurements of that foot taken, they are ready to try for a print. Picking up the wad of cloth that is soaked in ink, the wizard held it against the Dancers hoof. "Dust off the floor and put a piece of paper down so we can get a print of the hoof," Sylvester instructed the wrangler. "Putting the animals hoof in the middle of the sheet Sly pressed down on the leg to make sure that they get a good print of the hoof. Lifting the leg off the floor, Sly held it just high enough so wrangler can remove the sheet of paper. Putting the leg down Sly took the paper for the wrangler and looked it over, "Perfect," he said. Now let's do the other three feet," as he handed the brush, ruler and inked cloth to …show more content…
"In that order and send the prints and information to me as you get through with each animal. "There is a practical reason I need them this way, but I'll explain later." "Just do the eight listed, Sly said. "We will do the others after this project is finished, and we have more time." Turning to walk out of the barn Sly stopped, turning back to face the wrangler. "Pete," he said, "We will need two long ropes you may need to tie more than two pieces together." "I thank you in advance for your time and trouble," Sly said, "But now I must get back to the lab and get to work." With that said, he was out the door. On his way back to the lab, Sly stopped by the wardrobe department at the factory. There he recruited three elves to help him making the boots. The material he chose for the boots is strong, durable, and easy to work with. Each boot will have a pocket in the front and back to hold a magnet. They must be in the center on all the …show more content…
Guiding them from the ground with the ropes Sly and Pete led them to Santa's office. "Santa, Santa," Sylvester called, when they got close to his office, "The reindeer can fly." Before Santa had time to come outside, he called again, "There flying come out and look." "They are actually off the ground and flying through the air." Santa came out to see who, and why someone was making so much noise. Seeing Sylvester standing in the street and pointing to a spot in the sky, Santa stopped to look up. He is flabbergasted to see the reindeer are actually flying. Some of the elves that heard Sly’s call came outside to see what was happening. They watched in amazement as the reindeer raced around in a large circle. Santa, like the others, is amazed to see the animals flying overhead. Pulling Dances rope Sly guided the reindeer back to the ground. Walking over to check the animals Sly and the wrangler were happy to see they are ok. Neither one was breathing hard, in fact, both reindeer acted as if they were ready to do it

Santa arrives back to The North Pole, and the elves and him hear something moving in the sack. A second later a baby crawls out of the gift sack. Santa and the elves were in shock when they saw the baby. The baby’s name is on the baby’s

Also, their differences from the rest of the world were not only unique, but were hard or impossible to obtain. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer’s talent was obviously that he, “had a very shiny nose” (Autry 6). This is difficult to obtain because he was born with it, it was not earned by him and it seems that this phenomenon has never happened before in the North Pole reindeer world.
As well as the movie adding the songs, it also added the kids getting a special ticket. Each child had a certain a letter at the beginning of their train ride, punched by the conductor. When the kids were done experiencing the North Pole, the conductor punched out a word pertaining to each kid. The main kid got the word believe punched into his ticket because he did not believe in Santa at the beginning of the movie. The African American girl got leader punched into her ticket because she was the one that always knew what to do. The poor boy, Billy, also got believe because he didn’t think Santa was real either.
As the story moves along Sam out the elder in different situations to see if he would eat the green eggs and ham, but to Sam’s dismay the elder wouldn’t. Finally after trying and trying and trying Sam gets the elder to try the Green eggs and ham. One of the most popular stories by Dr. Seuss is the classic How the Grinch Stole Christmas. This story became so popular that Universal Studios not only picket it up for a movie, but also a whole theme for their Christmas season theme park. In this story the Grinch loathes Christmas and the who’s with every fiber of his being. The Grinch presents himself as socially cut off from the who’s down in whoville. He lives on top of Mt. Crumpit with his dog Max. All of this hate is because his heart is two sizes too small (and this time he’ll keep it off). He finally had enough of the Who’s bangboozaling and clangclangaling so he devised a plan to steal Christmas. After Santa Clause came and delivered all the presents to the houses he would sneak in, in his Santa Clause suit and steal every present, every light, every decoration, every tree, and all of the food for the feast. He even stole the roast beast! He would empty the houses one by one and he didn’t leave anything. Not even a crumb big enough for a mouse. So as he got done with emptying the houses and was about to dump everything over Crumpit he heard a noise, a weird

Santa says “maybe somehow we’ll make due with all of the other reindeer.” Fido hears Santa say this, but he thinks that Santa says “Olive, the other reindeer,” indicating that Olive is the other reindeer that will help him. Olive believes Fido and decides to trek to The North Pole to save Christmas. The difference between the two is that in the book, Olive hears “all of the reindeer” and thinks they are referring to her, and in the movie Olive’s friend, Fido, hears “all of the other reindeer” and thinks Santa is referring to her. Another difference between the two is that the book does not have Fido in it. I think the only reason for this is because with a movie, the writer is able to incorporate a lot more detail into the storyline because the movie is longer. Along with differences, I also found similarities between the movie and the book. Both the pictures for the movie and for the book are created by J. Otto Seibold, indicating that the movie is also created with animated characters. In both the film and the book, Olive is drawn as a cute Jack Russell Terrier with lots of colorful surroundings near her, such as Santa’s workshop and his
