This is incredibly relevant to professional communication because in the business world, people could come in contact with anyone. It is important, firstly, to be able to recognize the personality types through observing things like their non-verbal communication. Secondly, to be able to get your point across you must adjust your delivery to the person in order to obtain a successful outcome. For example, if one was dealing with an introvert, you might want to be aware that they will probably be more receptive in a quiet setting with only a few people while an extrovert would thrive in a more competitive and fast-paced environment. Different aspects of a person’s psyche determine their learning style, psychological profile, and intelligence. A person’s learning style is found in three distinct categories: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic/Tactile. Visual Learners depend on learning through seeing where they need to see the concept that they want to grasp. Auditory Learners differ from Visual Learners in that they need to learn through hearing the concept that is being taught to them. Kinesthetic/Tactile Learners need an active learning environment as they are often in need of movement. When a person determines their learning style it assists them in exemplifying theses traits during their study and lecture time in order to succeed in school. The Myers-Briggs type indicator

My estimated caloric need is 2,634.2 calories. That puts me at -1898 kcals for energy balance. This semester I have had bad anxiety and panic attacks. Though there is much known about personality types and the Jungian Functions, little effort has been put into understanding them on a more basic and easily understood level.
The first fitness activity I have participated in is basketball. The energy pathway I have chosen for this activity is the ATP-CP system. For this, the action of trying dunk the ball into the basket is what relates to this system the most. The ATP-CP system is one of the three energy pathways. The ATP-CP system is mostly activated when short and quick bursts of energy are released from the body. ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate and CP stands for creatine phosphate. CP is used to reactivate ATP, but this process is quite short-lived. This is why this relates to the fast action of dunking the basketball into the basket before your competitor gets to it.
Here are a few ways to increase energy levels. Walk around the neighborhood or park when free time arises. Feel a little slow? Attempt to unwind with a bottle of water and fresh air, that should do the trick. Find unobstructed sleep by shutting down that computer and turning the lights off, especially electronics, as they will cause the brain to feel the need to stay awake when the brain should sleep. Below, a couple of ways of obtaining a balanced energy flow can be found.
