The performance of Asma Cake House rose rapidly after their products was advertise in social media that was made by past researcher and slowly gain its momentum from there where their sales is steadily increase year by year. Based from the interview session, Mr Abu stated that usually during festive seasons such as Hari Raya, the cakes sales are usually increase. However, due to high demand from the customer during the festive season, the shop is usually become chaotic and some customer did stole the cakes. If the case of theft is getting frequent, this shop could incur loss and in the long term, it could affect the market performance as a whole. The company can allocate some budget on security purpose such as hire more workers to monitor the shop especially during festive season. The second recommendation is by change their customer service that is by using a request form. By this method, the customer’s service can be improved. Instead of the customer take the cake by themselves, they can ask the worker to pick up the cake that they wanted. Beside reducing theft cases, this also can ensures the functionality of the machinery such as cellar where all the cakes
