Officer Harrell #3441 and I transported Garcia back to the middle school. We walked Garcia into the school's main office and was released to the Assistant Principal Sydney Mimckler. I began writing the citation for Garcia as Mimckler walked Garcia into her office. Garcia ran through the rear office door which lead into the hallway. Officer Harrell attempted to apprehend Garcia, but she ran north into the school and out of sight. Garcia did not sign the citation and instead fled the location.

Garcia told me that she and Navarro had an argument over some text messages Navarro had on his cellphone. I asked Garcia how did Navarro receive his injuries to which she responded: I did that to him when he pushed me on the bed and got on top of me and tried to get into my purse because that is where I put his phone. Garcia went on to say she and Navarro were ok now and she was the one who called 911. Garcia stated she did not want to complete a voluntary statement. The top of Garcia's right ear was slightly red and Garcia refused medical

This letter is to provide potential verification that Martha Chavez may have had attendance in our adult education program at Visalia Adult School in December 2000. We do not have attendance records for that period of time as our system has been replaced with an updated version. However, when I review Ms. Chavez’ transcript, I see that I provided a grade and credit for a math course in April 2001. This suggests that she may have had attendance that spanned from November 13, 2000 (her entry date) through April 2001 and beyond.
They appeal to the injustice done by the police. “The Rangers forwarded Burzynski’s report to Randall Reynolds, the local district attorney, but he did nothing. Even though it is a crime in all 50 states for correctional staff to have sex with inmates of any age, prosecutors rarely bring charges in such cases.” In addition, David and Lovisa go on to incorporate that “The agency suspended Lemuel Harrison, the superintendent of the school.” They conclude the paragraph by declaring the current occupations of the head of security and the principal of the school in order to convey the lack of reparations for the boys they

There have been many articles printed out over the years about, “A World Without Police Officer” one of the articles, I would talk about is an article by Mr. Peter Gelderloos. Mr. Gelderloss, stated in his article, “The police are a racist, authoritarian institution that exists to protect the powerful in an unequal system. We don’t want better police. We don’t want to fix the police. On the contrary, we understand that the police work quite well; they simply do not work for us and they never have. We want to get rid of the police entirely, and we want to live in a world where police are not necessary.” (Gelderloos, 2014). Now, I understand where Mr. Gelderloss, get all his angry and ball up emotion from and want to leak out toward law enforcement,
