I am classified as an ENFJ personality. This personality type is characterized as a charismatic, strong, authoritative, passionate person that often draws people to them, creating a natural teacher and leader. We find ourselves at ease in groups, and able to articulate our thoughts and emotions eloquently to just about anyone. We are also able to intuit what others are thinking and feeling through their actions in combination with their words, which can give us insight into their motivations. This allows us to naturally pull people together into a group, then find and set the common goal. Specifically, the ENFJ personality is broken down into four areas. The first and most dominant part is extraverted feeling. This is most easily described as warm-hearted extroverts. The second area is introverted intuition. This quality gives us a clear perception of our inner, unconscious psyche. It also gives us the ability to see the best in anyone, no matter the circumstance. The third area is extraverted sensing. Through this quality we are able to implement a plan or vision for a group or ourselves. But, while we manage the data to implement this plan, we also are able to maintain flexibility in the management and use of the data as well as the execution of the plan. Lastly there is introverted thinking, most easily described as the ability to “soul-search.” This is the quietest part of our personality, and rarely used, but is highly developed and can be powerful tool for us
I agree and disagree with the results that I have a INFJ personality. I agree that I am an introvert person. I don't really spend a lot of time hanging out with other people and I am normally quiet when I am amongst big groups. I just like observing from the sidelines rather than being in the thick of it. I also agree that I am mostly intuitive. I mostly act on my instincts and experiences from the past. Additionally, I agree that I a have a judging personality. I enjoy sticking to routine most of the time. I found it uncomfortable or stressful if I don’t follow a schedule or if I am late to something. Although, I can be flexible in certain circumstances. The one personality trait that I disagree about is that I have a feeling personality.
The Kiersey Temperament Sorter assigned me the personality type ENFJ. The letters stand for Extrovert, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. After my research, I have found out some broad statements about ENFJs. Scholars describe ENFJs as natural leaders. ENFJs are full of passion and charisma, naturally attracting and inspiring people. Surprisingly, ENFJ forms only around two percent of the population. Some scholars describe this two percent simply as Protagonists. Scholars typically correlate the ENFJ personality type to our world’s politicians, coaches and teachers. Most importantly, ENFJs reach out to inspire others to achieve and do good deeds in the world. ANFJ’s must see the good results they cause to feel satisfaction in their lives. With
There are four different types of personalities in my group: ESTJ, who is efficient, outgoing, analytical, systematic, and dependable. INFJ, who is Idealistic, organized, insightful, dependable, compassionate, and gentle. Also, an INTJ who is Innovative, independent, strategic, logical, reserved, and insightful. Then finally, ISTJ who is
My conformed Myers-Briggs Indicator Type was ENFJ. As a leader I think I tend to be
After Completing this personality survey, I have learned that my personality type is ESFJ Consul. Some general qualities that this personality type has is that this type of person is very popular in highschool. Consuls are mainly the cheerleaders or quarterbacks. In addition, Consuls are mainly the ones that provide emotional support for friends and family. They have a warm heart and help others. Consuls are seen as leaders for the reason that provide support and take their responsibilities serious. They could also be known as the ones who organize gathering and or events. Finally, debating and politics do not really interest Consuls. They are more focused on fashion and how they look, and they are also on track in social media.
I am an ENFP human and I strongly stand by that. The Jung Personality Survey breaks down ENFP by extravert (59%), intuitive (22%), feeling (47%) and perceiving (22%). Looking at these results they make complete sense, I would expect to be a high extravert and go off of feeling well more than thinking, and looking at the results it makes sense
One particular element I read when reading about the results of this indicator test was the ESFJ personality types works hard, see problems clearly and expects others to do the same. In nursing not everyone has the same personality and it is difficult for me when other nurses don’t have the same enthusiasm or flare to get tasks done. Also my personality demands structure and organization, not all personalities feel the same way. To improve my team performance, I need to remind myself to be respectful to other personalities, by not getting frustrated with others not performing the way I do. They just have different personalities.
After finalizing my personal assessment survey, my four-letter code came to be ENFJ. According to the handout, ENFJ is associated with teacher type personality. The teacher tends to be sociable, sympathetic and handle situations with others feeling in mind. They also are great organizers and tuned into the needs of others. A treat that goes hand in hand with the teacher is the idealists. The idealists are described as humane, intuitive and insightful. What I got from reading The Four Personality Temperaments ~ David Keirsey’s work, the idealist wants to live… well the ideal lifestyle. They are proud of their accomplishments and hunger for a deeper meaning in life all while having a self-confidence that allows them to achieve their goal in life. Since idealists strive to have a deeper meaning in life, they want others to find it as well. They aim to teach their loved ones to stick with their morals and stick true to who they are. I’d like to think that I acquire these traits, however I know that I fall short in certain areas. For example, I am not much of a leader; big crowds scare me, and my self-confidence could use some work. Like Hannah Montana said, “Nobody’s perfect.”
ENTJs are ordinary considered pioneers. They live in a universe of possible results where they see different sorts of challenges to be surmounted, and they should be the ones accountable for surmounting them. They have a drive for activity, which is all around served by their liveliness to handle complexities, their ability to absorb a great deal of impassive information, and their smart and unequivocal judgments. They are "accept obligation" people.
Based on the personality type exam, it reported me as an ESTJ, meaning I am 53% extroverted, 87% sensor, 67% thinker, and 87% judger. It is said that ESTJ are representatives of tradition and order, and often take the rolls of leadership. The ESTJ personality is often associated with strengths of dedication, strong will, honesty, loyalty, patience, reliable, organized. However, ESTJ also have weaknesses such as, stubbornness, judgmental, difficulty relaxing, and difficulty in expressing emotion.
I just took a free personality test and the results displayed four letters: ENFJ. These four letters stand for extravert, intuitive, feeling and judging. The characteristics of this personality that I believe that I have are believing in dreams and those that see themselves as helpers and enablers. ENFJ’s are people that know and appreciate people and neglect their own personal needs for the needs of others first. Typically, ENFJ’s are people that make decisions based from their emotions and their feelings toward the situation. These are all characteristics that describe my personality almost perfectly. However, the results stated that ENFJ’s have organized life events, and I don’t typically organize to the point where I am following every
I have a personality type of ENFP. Which means I have a personality that is extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and perceiving. A personality of this allows me to be very outgoing, a collaborative communicator, and to be perceived of other’s feelings. Such traits bear great interpersonal relationships. Being very outgoing grants me to always check on others and make sure they’re doing alright. With coworkers, I make sure I communicate every chance I could to make sure there is never a misunderstanding. tNot to mention I’m always thinking and playing on other’s emotions. By that I mean my attitude goes with the flow of others around
Persons with an opposite profile to those of ENTJ are the ISFPs . That is Introverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving. These personality types like my friend Jasper are very much in touch with reality and are less involved in fantasy. They are quiet, friendly, sensitive and kind. (Briggs n.d). A major difference in class for a Person like Jasper in comparison to ENTJ character types is that, while the ENTJs enjoy learning and continuously explore new things the ISFPs get easily bored are often likely to drop out of school. They do well mostly in experimental learning as opposed to theory. While the ENTJ is outgoing and likes solving conflict through debate, the ISFP often walks away from conflict and disagreements. At work the ISFP can be a gel
My personality test resulted ENTJ (commander). This personality type is a rare but fitting result that perfectly describes me. This test provides feedback that helps identify elements of my decisive personality that may be strengths or weaknesses. Many factors such as instincts, family dynamic, experience and life span forge the traits of this personality. Just as many famous military leaders of the same personality type, I prevail during stressful times due to careful planning and a disciplined achievement based approach to achieve the long term goal.
The INFJ personality is known to be the world rarest personality type and often misunderstood. This type stand for a percentage of less than 2% of the overall world population according to Holm (2009), the majority of that percentage being female and some famous INFJ that can be named are Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa. My INFJ in academic and business milieu: from the past week assignment, my preferred four letters chosen base on the instructions received from Myers-Briggs type indicator were INFJ, which stands for Introverting, iNtuiting, Feeling and Judging. For this week assignment I was very surprise after taking the Jungian test to discover that my personality type fours letter were confirmed to be the same INFJ. Having my conformed INFJ profile means that in business milieu, my creativity and sense of responsibility come in first. Although as an INFJ I’m strongly introverted, I nevertheless highly care about my relationship with other individuals. At work I’m open to communication and always available when it comes to help colleagues to carry out on tasks or explaining work procedures. However, my personality type also implies that I can have sudden need for personal time away from others, which is my way to recharge and regain my energy. In an academic milieu, I’m more focus on setting and reaching my goals; I get motivated by planning in advance my studying weeks and do a lot of efforts to meet my assignment deadlines. I can get emotionally
